The room price includes:

  • The voucher is issued and sent electronically or handed directly to the buyer only after the full amount has been paid.

  • The voucher is not exchangeable for cash nor refundable.

  • The expiry date of vouchers is not extendable.

  • The user is obliged to pay the difference between the voucher value and the final amount in cash or by payment card. If the purchase value is lower than the voucher value, the entire voucher value is considered used.

  • Kompleks Beskid reserves the right to refuse to redeem the voucher when:
    - the voucher has expired.
    - the voucher is damaged and unreadable.
